My Empty Body is Full of Stars

My Empty Body is Full of Stars - A Film by Prince Dance Company

My Empty Body is Full of Stars revolves around the interplay and wonder of the body within the universe and the evolution of matter in the Cosmos.

Galactic scale physical processes, provided by astronomer Andreea Petric, are played out on the physical form through dance composition, lighting, music, and live painting. Seven Prince Dance Company performers transform the space into a galaxy of movement while the visual environment is reimagined by Maris Gobins and video projectionist David Kupferburg.

The score is an original composition by Big Empty Field with choreography and direction by Angel Prince.

The film is available on Kahilu.TV for viewing.

My Empty Body is Full of Stars is sponsored by the Kirk/Landry Ohana and Michael & Terry Cromwell.
