On June 24, 2017, people gathered at more than 100 sites around the world to take part in Global Water Dances, a multi-continent celebration of the importance of water. Prince Dance Company represented Hawaii and led the dances in this movement at Hapuna Beach on Hawaii Island.

Prince Dance Company performed original work and led a global choreography piece that was danced simultaneously by performers all over the world.

Interactive performances invited the audience members to join in the fun. Invited guests included Kumu Leia Lawrence and her halau and the Kohala Watershed as part of The Kohala Center.
